When you do not have a graduation you have the chance to start a paid traineeship ("Berufsausbildung") in Germany.

What is a paid traineeship ("Berufsausbildung")?

Duration: 3 years
50 %: work in your traineeship company - 50 %: academic education at a special traineeship school
The traineeship is called "dual training", because you get educated at a school for 3-4 weeks, then you use your acquired knowledge and apply it on the work at your company for 3-4 weeks. After that, you attend school again for 3-4 weeks and so on.
The education is paid by your company. For the work at the company you get paid.
The German „Berufsausbildung“ (= dual training / traineeship) is highly esteemed, worldwide.
There are over 340 different traineeships (in different field of jobs) in Germany.
After 3 years of traineeship you will get a safe job contract and a doubled salary.

Requirements

Monthly Salary (during traineeship)

In nursing care: $ 900 - $ 1000 after taxes (salary rises every year for ca. 10-15 %)
In hotel / hospitality: $ 700 - $ 800 after taxes (salary rises every year for ca. 10-15 %)
In engeneering: $ 700 - $ 900 after taxes (salary rises every year for ca. 10-15 %)
