WHO IS GO GERMAN
GO GERMAN is more than just a language school or a recruitment agency – we are both. Founded in 2017, we have specialised in building a seamless bridge between two worlds: the German labour market and highly motivated, young talent from Southeast Asia.
We see ourselves as the crucial link between German companies and dedicated apprentices from Indonesia, Malaysia, and Vietnam. For businesses, we solve the skilled labour shortage. For applicants, we pave the way to a successful career in Germany.
OUR MISSION:
WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO
It all started with a clear vision: providing young, driven individuals from Southeast Asia with real professional perspectives and, at the same time, addressing the critical shortage of skilled labour in Germany. Our focus is on highly motivated, adaptable candidates with a strong foundational education, offering the perfect qualities for a smooth transition into the German workforce. For instance, the care workers we recruit ease the pressure on domestic teams and guarantee appropriate, high-quality care for the elderly.
THE FACES OF GOGERMAN
Personal, approachable, and solution-oriented: that is the Go German team. We combine years of experience in recruitment with the drive to create genuine added value. We love what we do – and our partners notice that in every single interaction.

Our Social Responsibility:
The Anak Domba Children’s Home
Since 2018, we have also been supporting the ANAK DOMBA orphanage in Bali. There are 26 children in need in our care, to whom we provide the chance of an independent life by welcoming them into a stable environment and providing a solid school and vocational education. Would you like to help support this project? Visit the initiators at www.anak-domba-bali.de.
OUR WIN-WIN-WIN PHILOSOPHY
The recruitment of apprentices or workers from Asia is not only beneficial for German companies. All parties involved share a mutual interest in placement through GO GERMAN.
Reducing the skilled labor shortage: For German employers, the advantage is clear: they gain highly motivated workers who support them in expanding their competitiveness and cooperative capacity, and who are willing to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Furthermore, the existing workforce is relieved, which in turn has a positive effect on the performance curve and motivation of every employee, as well as on the overall team atmosphere.
In the care sector, those in need of care benefit specifically from improved and more personalized support.

Indirect Development Aid: The countries of Indonesia, Malaysia, and Vietnam benefit from an unparalleled transfer of knowledge. The expertise acquired in Germany—for example, regarding the structure and organization of German nursing care—can be integrated into daily professional routines or training programs through the candidates' contact with their home countries. This allows trainees and specialists to sustainably improve care facilities in Southeast Asia.
Opportunity for young people: For the recruited workers and apprentices from Indonesia, Malaysia, and Vietnam, this offers a unique opportunity for first-class, practical training in Germany that does not exist in this form in their home countries. For those entering the workforce directly, a secure working environment awaits. The personal, cultural, and practical experiences gained, alongside linguistic proficiency, open up unique career perspectives.
